Return And Exchange
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to sales via the UEPAKI platform by registered sellers/freelancers to you on UEPAKI and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
For Ready-Made products, the ones purchased directly via the shop/product page, UEPAKI stays clear with its return & exchange policy, allowing customers to ask for replacement due to any size variation, manufacturing, or material defects. Replacement can be offered subject to size/product availability. However, if the customer demands replacement of a product for another product, customers need to cancel/return that particular order and have to make a new order, simultaneously raising a ticket under User Dashboard.
In the case of returns, customers have to provide suitable evidence of the wrong or defective product while raising a ticket. Customers can request a full refund in case sellers/freelancers delivered a wrong or defective product. Also, in case a wrong size has been ordered by the customer, UEPAKI holds the right to charge a reverse shipping fee on account of the customer's fault. However, if the sizes delivered are on account of seller/freelancer fault, UEPAKI will be obliged to make refunds to you without deducting any such charges.
However, customers have to provide full evidence in form of pictures & videos. For Ready-Made products purchased via the shop, we must receive the merchandise within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods should be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.
Note: We will be every time checking the products before handling the products to delivery partners, kindly don’t raise fake tickets for product returns as it takes sellers/freelancers to undergo hefty damages against the same.
For Custom made products UEPAKI follows no exchange, return or refund policy. We do not provide a refund on any custom-designed products/designs. However, the customer can raise a ticket if the customer has any sort of dissatisfaction with the product, we will be obliged to solve any sort of grievance of the customer for his satisfaction and trust for the brand.
Note: Any refund on Custom orders will be transferred back to Customer UEPAKI wallet, the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us within 6 months next time. All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at [email protected] a prompt response is assured to such emails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91 - 9205528226 which remains open between 10:30 to 6:30 PM on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows: - If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product available in inventory, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/Products delivered without tags.
(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
(c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(d) All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
(e) Briefs, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
(f) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
(g) All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
(h) In case of any return/store-credit or alteration, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
(i) Once a customer emails us for alteration, and we get the pick-up done, he/she can't ask for store credit. In such a case customer has to bear the reverse shipping fee which can be decided over chat with the Designers.
(j) If the order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.
(k) We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
