Before Employer/Buyer cancels a Service/Project, we recommend them to communicate with the Seller via the chat option given in the seller profile page and express his concerns so that the Freelancer has an opportunity to address them. Most issues can be sorted out efficiently with simple communication and Freelancers on UEPAKI.COM care about keeping their clients happy. If the Buyer/Employer is not able to communicate with the Freelancer or communication with the Freelancer is not working and the Buyer/Employer feels that the Freelancer is not adhering to the Rules of engagement then the Buyer can also contact UEPAKI.COMCustomer Support for assistance to get the Service/Project back on track.
UEPAKI.COM will process approved (or non-actioned) refund requests back to the Buyer's UEPAKI.COM Wallet subject to a review of the refund reason and circumstances to ensure that both parties have complied with these terms and conditions, and that the purpose of the refund is not to avoid any of the parties' obligations under these terms and conditions. If UEPAKI.COM reasonably believes that the parties have not complied with these terms and conditions or are seeking to avoid any such obligations UEPAKI.COM shall not be obliged to make the refund.

Sellers/Designers at UEPAKI.com are prohibited to engage in direct communication with buyers for any pre-sale, order, payments, shipping, post-sale or returns related matters. Designers are also not allowed to engage in direct or indirect marketing, communication with buyers at UEPAKI.com. For specific product inquiries, warranties, shipping/delivery etc., UEPAKI can intermediate the communication between buyer and sellers. However, sellers/Designers should not be engaged in communication with the buyers.
UEPAKI is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of third parties and to providing a safe marketplace to trade. Unauthorized use or Infringement of copyrighted material and trademarks are strictly prohibited at UEPAKI.com.
UEPAKI has zero tolerance for any intellectual property violations. Counterfeits, unauthorized replicas, unauthorized items (such as counterfeit watches, handbags, or other accessories) or unauthorized copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs) are not permitted at UEPAKI.com. Unauthorized copies include (but are not limited to) copies that are pirated, duplicated, backed-up or bootlegged. It is illegal to sell unauthorized copies of media.
If the product(s) you are selling bears the name or logo of a company, but it wasn't made or endorsed by that company, don't list it at UEPAKI.com.
Academic software is a software sold at significantly discounted prices to students, faculty members and educational institutions. Do not list academic copies of software at UEPAKI.com unless you are authorized to do so as an educational reseller, an educational institution, a student or a faculty member.
Beta software, test software and evaluation software are not permitted at UEPAKI.com. Beta, test, and evaluation copies of software are preliminary copies of software distributed by software developers strictly for the purpose of evaluation and troubleshooting.
Do not list "OEM" or "bundled" copies of software at UEPAKI.com unless you are selling it with computer hardware. For Context, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or bundled software, is software that is obtained as part of the purchase of a new computer. OEM software licenses usually prohibit the purchaser from reselling the software without the computer or, in some cases, without any computer hardware.
Bootleg recordings are unauthorized recordings of concerts or live performances. Sellers are not permitted to list bootleg recordings at UEPAKI.com.
Keyword spamming occurs when Designers/Sellers place brand names or other inappropriate keywords in a title or description for the purpose of gaining attention or diverting members to a listing. Keyword spamming in listings is not permitted on UEPAKI.com. The text sellers place in listings must be directly relevant to the item being sold.
Keywords that are not shown to the customer on Uepaki.com and mobile app but are used to return results of listings when searched. Keyword abuse is the practice of including brand names or other in appropriate information in ‘keywords’ attribute. For example, using popular brands like ‘FastTrack', 'Titan’, etc.. While listing watches, when the product listed does not belong to the mentioned brand.
Including brand name or company logo in seller listing other than the specific brand name used by the company that has manufactured the listing is not allowed. Certain uses of brand names may constitute trademark infringement and could expose seller to legal liability. Sellers are permitted to use third-party company logos only if they have the license or permission to use such logos.
Catalogue attribute abuse is the practice of including misleading information in order to catch attention of customers. This not only results in wrong search results but also provides wrong information to customers
In general, when listing items on UEPAKI, Designers can include links that are solely intended to provide additional details about the items. That means links should only be used in circumstances when that information can't be included in the listing itself. These links include additional images, technical specifications, manufacturer warranties, and other information that can help buyers make an informed purchasing decision. Other links that point to a third-party provider's Website are also allowed, such as image hosting sites, payment processors or courier companies. UEPAKI doesn't allow links to non-UEPAKI sites or content where other items are offered for sale. UEPAKI continually reviews links on the site and reserves the right to block any link considered unsafe for our members. As a Designer, please make sure that your listing follows links policy of UEPAKI. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including but not limited to curtailing your selling privileges and/or suspension of your account, may also result in a legal action against you depending upon on the severity of the transgression.
This UEPAKI Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is part of and incorporates by reference the User Agreement and the other Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Site after the last modified date will signify your acceptance of this Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement are defined in the User Agreement, elsewhere in the Terms of Service, or have the meanings given such terms on the Site.
UEPAKI offers several membership programs for UEPAKIs and Companies. For purposes of this Agreement, “Member” or “you” means a UEPAKIor Companyparticipating in a membership program.
UEPAKI reserves the right to change membership fees, change the monthly number of Chat leads included in the membership programs, change the price for additional Chat leads or institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted in advance on the Site. No refunds of fees already paid will be given. If UEPAKI exercises its right to cancel a membership, UEPAKI will not refund the membership fee already paid.
You must pay your UEPAKI membership fees through your UEPAKI Account. The membership billing period begins on the date that UEPAKI receives payment. UEPAKI membership fees are calculated from the beginning of that billing period. UEPAKI automatically renews your UEPAKI monthly membership, and you irrevocably authorize and instruct UEPAKI to make the required monthly payments to UEPAKI on your behalf as described in the User Agreement. Automatic renewal occurs on the first day after the expiration date.
If UEPAKI after the end of each competition cyclefound you compatible to get promoted or demoted UEPAKI will be then changing your membership program, the new program and, new billing period will then be based upon the date UEPAKI receives payment of the new membership fee. If you are promoted to higher category your membership will be upgraded accordingly, it will result in a new billing date effective upon the date of payment of the additional fees and, if applicable, will result in a credit of the unused portion of the existing category membership fees. If you don’t feel like moving in any case to upper category you can discontinue a membership plan by contacting customer support, the same doesn’t apply in opposite case, Also you will not receive a refund or credit for the fees already paid. The discontinue will go into effect at the beginning of the next billing period. UEPAKI reserves the right to modify its membership programs at any time, upon a reasonable notice posted in advance on the Site. UEPAKI on the end of each competition cycle has the right to charge as per the packages defined on the website, which applies in both the conditions if UEPAKI promote or demote after each competition cycle.
Please note the trust you build with your buyers will go away if you artificially start showing higher MRP, so that the selling price appears to be much better deal vs. what it actually is. Artificially increasing MRP is strictly prohibited at UEPAKI.com and any violation will result into account suspension.
Please note that trust is the most important aspect of trade between buyers and sellers in marketplace and one of the key aspects of trust is fair pricing. For healthy transaction flow at UEPAKI.com, we ask you to price your items responsibly. Please note that we are constantly monitoring prices for each Designer at various channels and do not allow you to price your items at higher prices at UEPAKI.com vs. other channels such as your own retail store, your own Website (if any) or any other 3rd party retail stores or Websites. You should price your items sold at UEPAKI.com to be same as the lowest rate you are selling at elsewhere or even lower but it should not be more. Violation of our pricing policy will result into warning notices and can also result into account suspension and/or store suspension.
Following items are not allowed to be sold/displayed online at UEPAKI.com. Please note that Designers/sellers are responsible for any legal issues and other liabilities arising if you try and sell these below mentioned items at UEPAKI.com. We will cancel the listing(s) of prohibited and restricted items within 24 hours after we come to know about such occurrence.
UEPAKI.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, UPDATE AND ALTER THE LIST FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION. TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY CHANGES, PLEASE REVIEW THE LIST PERIODICALLY.
